All sales taxes are included in your refund if your order has been shipped to an EU destination. Outside the EU, duties and sales taxes are non-refundable.
Refunds will always be made on the same debit or credit card used for the purchase.
Christou Sculpture accept refunds on damaged items within 14 days of purchase (Greece) and 28 days (from overseas). All items must be returned in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.
If the product you received is defective or not the one you ordered, you can request a free shipping voucher by emailing christos@christousculpture.com and sending the required proof within 24 hours of receiving it. Please note that ALL products are handmade so everything is different and there may be cutting imperfections etc. This is also the charm of the handmade.
Refunds are usually processed within 3-10 business days of the date of receipt, although during high season periods may vary. Once we receive your refund and the product has been reviewed, you will receive an email confirming that your refund has been issued.

Our bank will credit your account within 5-10 business days of receiving your information.
PAYPAL:
Your refund will be visible to your PayPal account within 24 hours of sending the refund.
STRIPE:
Your refund will be visible to your Stripe account within 24 hours of sending the refund.
